Prohibited items
- Illegal drugs, narcotics and psychotropic substances
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and hazardous chemicals
- Live animals and human remains
- Counterfeit goods and stolen property
- Currency, bullion and negotiable instruments unless expressly agreed
Restricted items
Some items are accepted only with proper packaging, documentation or prior approval, including:
- Fragile or high-value electronics
- Perishable food (within stated handling windows)
- Alcohol and tobacco, where legally permitted and licensed
- Medicines and pharmaceuticals, subject to applicable law
Sender responsibility
Senders are responsible for ensuring items comply with this policy and all applicable laws. Mis-declared shipments may be refused, returned or reported.
Consequences
Booking prohibited items may result in cancellation without refund, withholding of the item for handover to authorities, and account suspension.
